Victoria Butt’s recruitment career has spanned the last 8 years across the International and National Banking, Commerce, and Financial markets. Victoria was voted within the top 4 recruiters in London where she worked for 5 years. Moving her career to Sydney, Australia, Victoria then set up the Product and Marketing desk for a medium size consultancy. After a successful 3 years specialising in Product and Marketing, Victoria established Parity Consulting.
Parity Consulting was founded on the principles of balance and quality: taking an informed and considered approach to recruitment. Victoria has successfully aligned her career with these principles for 8 years. With a degree in Psychology and Business BSC, her extensive experience and passion for the industry sees her partnering with the AGSM (MBA program) and conducting annual seminars and discussion forums on the Product and Marketing sectors.
