As part of our Parity Plus value-add offering to our clients, candidates and business community, it is our great pleasure to host Parity’s Annual Marketing Breakfast on Tuesday the 22nd of August. Registration for the event will start at 7:15am, with the event starting at 7:30am. We will feature an expert panel of four senior Marketing professionals, with a huge wealth of knowledge. We will cover how marketing can get a seat at the table and stand on equal footing with the rest of an organisation’s executive team. The panel will also share how they have been able to successfully build, lead and transform marketing teams across their careers. This will be a great opportunity to hear from key industry leaders in senior positions, as well as networking with fellow Marketing professionals.

Our keynote speech will be delivered by George Chirakis, Head of SMSF & Self Directed Wealth at AMP Capital. George began his career as a Lawyer in private practice, prior to joining Fidelity in London as a Corporate Governance Analyst. His passion for the customer and for change has seen him take on a number of roles in product, sales and marketing and more recently, he has held several senior Strategic Marketing and Leadership roles within AMP Capital.
The panel will include Debbie Jensen, General Manager, Marketing for Challenger Limited, the leading provider of annuities in Australia. Prior to this, Debbie was with StatePlus where she led the financial planning business through a strategic repositioning, re-branding, and name change. Debbie is a commercially-driven marketer, strategist, and leader and is known for her ability to empower her team to create value for the customer. She fundamentally believes marketing has to have a seat at the table to align customer and business objectives.
Loyce Cox-Paton was most recently responsible for a highly successful brand overhaul and digital marketing transformation for NGS Super. Previously with Cuscal she was accountable for the successful delivery of the strategic marketing, communications, brand and reputation management functions as well as business intelligence, customer-driven data insights and account management for over 100 financial institution clients.
To round out the panel, we have Graeme Yardy who is Head of Marketing for Hort Innovation (who invest more than $100M AUD into our food industry annually). Prior to this, Graeme held a number of roles in FMGC with Mars Limited, Wrigley and Johnson & Johnson. Graeme is an entrepreneurial marketing leader, with extensive experience in business planning and growth strategy, advertising and communication development, innovation and team engagement.
