The Opportunity/Role:
Seeking a generalist Business Analyst passionate about driving transformation initiatives through to completion to support long-term growth objectives. You will engage closely with stakeholders across the business, help define business problems and work to build & deliver detailed and effective business outcomes.
Your experience will include data mapping, product requirement gathering, identifying, and mapping process, documentation writing and agile solution delivery with diverse projects spanning Product, Data and Commercial disciplines while managing multiple and competing priorities.
While working across a large spectrum of projects, you'll be accountable for the end-to-end task completion while managing inputs from various stakeholders to support product, data and analytics, and sales team via Salesforce enhancement and delivery of playbooks and the like.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Work with the Value-Added Services (VAS) leadership team to identify absent process & missing documentation of process.
- Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements for effective prioritisation.
- Reviewing and mapping business processes to identify opportunities for process improvements (e.g., automation, improved accuracy &/or completeness in delivery).
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Creating functional specifications for solutions.
- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
- Implementing and testing of solutions.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Provide relevant and insightful feedback to achieve the best solution sets for our clients
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a BA preferably in a data/analytics environment
- Exposure to data architecture
- Experience in developing requirements and delivering documentation
- Exposure to Agile project environments
- An ability to autonomously identify and resolve issues through engagement with stakeholders
- Experience with Atlassian solutions (JIRA), Salesforce & Office365 is preferred
- A successful candidate will be a clear and concise communicator, with an eye for the critical path to best practice
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
