The Opportunity
This is a key hire for the Everyday banking team, and an opportunity to lead a newly formed team end to end through a large-scale digital transformation. As Head of Everyday Banking, you will work directly with a high performing General Manager and lead a team of 3 Product Managers. This role will require you to use your commercial acumen and strategic capabilities to make commercial decisions and take ownership of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Work to create the Banks future as the brand that they will become along with their market positioning
Full accountability for the end-to-end portfolio management including portfolio risk management and portfolio health reporting
Develop the transformation roadmap for the digital banking platforms, card management systems and cloud-based core
Build and lead a newly formed product team.
To be successful in this role you will have
Strong drive and a desire to build a high performing Product team
Experience managing a portfolio from end to end
Proven strategic capabilities and demonstrated commercial acumen
