The Company

Our client is one of Australia's major players in the Insurance market, looking after the needs of millions of Australians daily. Due to their continued success and growth, they are looking for an experienced communications professional to join their health services team!

The Opportunity

There is an exciting opportunity to join a relatively new role for this organisation and support all aspects of the business in driving the health communications and propositions. You will develop and implement a marketing and communications plan for health services, and provide support across all distribution channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Building out of the customer health proposition and supporting of all aspects of the health services activity through internal communications and relevant marketing initiatives
  • Develop and communicate all relevant collateral and communications to support the customer health proposition across all distribution channels - Retail, Group and Direct.
  • Management of the health services marketing budget
  • Collate and develop internal and external health content for customer, advisors and internal staff to ensure achievement of health services objectives
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting for numerous stakeholders on deliverables and analysis

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A strong communications background with a health focus
  • Ability to communicate and influence with stakeholders of various levels
  • Proven ability to translate complex and technical messages for the end audience
  • Strong initiative and proactive in approach in terms of ideas and solutions
