The Organisation

A well respected and client centric global Investment Manager based in Sydney is currently looking for a high achieving Marketing Associate to join their team. A growing and values-led organisation, they strive to provide opportunities to grow and succeed whilst being focused on excellence.

The Opportunity

Based in Sydney, this role is ultimately responsible for supporting the marketing program for Australia and New Zealand and will work closely with the Head of Marketing on executing the marketing plan across brand, content, events and digital campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working closely with the domestic marketing team and creative agencies, assist with creating marketing materials and producing content for digital distribution;
  • Assisting of managing the events program, as well as the supporting of teams based both interstate and in international offices with events and merchandising requirements;
  • Assist the Head of Marketing with brand management and aim to capture opportunities to refine creative assets and processes to optimise results;
  • Manage content updates on websites as well as facilitating quarterly production of video assets;
  • Provide administrative support to the wider marketing team;
  • Being a growing organisation, exact accountabilities of your role may change from time to time to reflect business needs and you may be required to undertake additional or other duties as requested.

To be successful in this role you will possess;

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing within financial services;
  • A strong understanding and/or interest to learn about investment markets and the fund management industry;
  • Strong digital experience across social media, distribution and web;
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications with strong verbal and written communications;
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications and databases including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CMS, Pardot systems useful;
  • RG146 training will be provided if the successful applicant does not already have this.
