With a strong focus on collaboration, operational excellence and delivering positive customer outcomes, they are seeking an experienced Product professional to support a broad range of business-critical initiatives.

The Opportunity

An exciting contract opportunity has become available for an immediately available Product Manager to join a high-performing team supporting both BAU product management activities and broader strategic project initiatives. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work and is confident operating across multiple workstreams simultaneously.

This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in supporting product-related deliverables, operational activities and project execution across a complex transformation environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across BAU product management activities and broader strategic initiatives
  • Support the delivery of separation program workstreams across multiple concurrent projects
  • Assist with project-related deliverables including PDS documentation, verification schedules and operational product support
  • Coordinate and maintain product documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance requirements are met
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across product, operations, risk and project teams
  • Support the execution of key deliverables while managing changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies across the product function
  • Take ownership of tasks and proactively drive outcomes with minimal supervision

Ideal Experience

  • Previous experience within product management in the asset and wealth management industry
  • Indusrty regulatiry knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience supporting projects within complex or fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail, particularly across documentation and operational processes
  • Confident working in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to independently drive outcomes
