Our client is a consumer led, product focused company with a brand name that people love and trust that is reinventing the mortgages industry. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager/ Product Owner to join a newly formed vertical within their motivated and high performing team.
The Opportunity
This exciting Project Manager/ Product Owner role is a is a permanent position and will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects within the product team. You will manage the project backlog from inception through to completion and be a leader of Agile methodology within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic initiatives leading to improved results for the business.
- Lead the uptake of agile methodologies within the team.
- Build strong relationships across the business as the SME for project delivery within the business.
- Monitoring of proactive improvements across the product lifecycle
- Ensure compliance and adherence to responsible lending and DDO's
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Have experience delivering Product/ projects end to end
- Have worked with Agile methodology
- Demonstrated Product Owner or Project Manager experience ideally withing retail banking
- Be self-motivated and drive to create excellence
