The role
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager, Documentation in the Investment Product team. The main purpose of the role is to create and manage core disclosure documents and documentations and ensure all obligations are coordinated and met from Projects, regulatory and BAU changes.
Key Accountabilities
Disclosure creation and maintenance: managing a resource pool with the requisite capability to create, maintain and publish core disclosure documents, non-design content including but not limited to Annual reports, Financial Reports and PDS
Stakeholder management: Liaison point for Projects, Product, and other BAU teams for disclosure consultant resources, Ongoing engagement with Project Delivery & BAU stakeholders
Governance and reporting responsibilities
People management of a team of consultants
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience in board reporting and application of good governance in the preparation of core documentation requirements in financial services
Experience working within Australian asset/ wealth management, investment industry knowledge
Experience in Governance and Board Reporting roles
Proven experience in identifying and deploying best practice frameworks and methodology in customer collateral creation and distribution
Management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong organisation skills, project management
Strong advocate for change and innovation
