Our client is a consumer led, product focused company with a brand name that people love and trust. They are an Australian brand who is reinventing the mortgages industry. They are looking for a Territory Marketing Specialist to join their passionate marketing team.
The Opportunity
In this permanent role you will act as the conduit between the central marketing function and the broker network. You will have the opportunity to champion the brand by presenting current marketing campaigns and initiatives at retail meetings, monthly broker sales meetings, events and workshops. Role is located at Parramatta office however for the immediate future may be working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet acquisition targets as set within the lodgement target budget
- Create a retail and mobile state-based marketing plan targeted to sales territories
- Lead generation and activation as a result of the campaigns in the marketplace
- Connect with local franchise offices to ensure offices are on target
- Induct new franchise offices and conduct a marketing induction and mentoring program
- Share weekly reporting and key insights for the improvement and development of the marketing campaigns and broker resources and tools
