Laura Dew has run the product salary tables from the FY26-27 Salary Guide. Product analyst $100-125k. Product manager $140-160k. Head of product $220-270k. Director of product $260-330k, all excluding super and bonus.

Asset and wealth management pays the most for product talent and asks for the most days in the office. The sector leading on salary is also the sector leading on return-to-office mandates.
