Ai is a Marketing, Communications and Digital Specialist Consultant at Parity Consulting, beach lover, wife and mother to cat Oscar.  She believes in exercising a maximum of once a year and our team love working with Ai because she is positive, patient and always up for a snack break!

Starting her career in retail, Ai has worked in numerous roles across Sales, Account Management and Customer Service, before moving into recruitment resourcing over 2 years ago.  Her role at Parity Consulting allows Ai to use her super power which is understanding people and suggesting great roles to them which they have not thought of themselves.

Ai loves working at Parity because of the people, hands down, as well as the location – 5 mins from Wynyard, 5 mins to Gelato Messina and 5 mins to a margarita at Opera Bar.
