The Role
Due to company growth, our client is now seeking a dedicated Offer Document Specilaist / Disclosure Manager with Offer Documents production experience.
You will bring your expertise in offer document generation and coordination to contribute actively across all channels and investment teams.
This role is Sydney based an a 12 months contract.
Key Accountabilities:
Producing all offer documents for the local and offshore offices
Coordinating due diligence activities for all offer documents across the business
Prioritising the production and coordinating offer documents roll-out timeline
Managing the offer document system for any updates and training requirements
Maintaining up to date knowledge on regulatory and product governing changes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Hands on experience in offer document production within asset or wealth management
Objective Keystone experience
Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to details
Compliance or regulatory experience will be highly regarded
