The Opportunity
The System Analyst will work with the business to analyse requirements for any new or changed technology applications or business processes.
Key Accountabilities
Determining business or system requirements and test scenarios
Data analysis to support decision making
Active contributor in all aspects of the delivery process
System testing to determine change acceptance or root cause analysis
Post-implementation support on projects
Prioritisation and scope management
Programme level issue and risk identification
Work on POC for any new business initiatives
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
2+ years in the Superannuation industry and 2+ years in the Technology industry
JIRA experience
Data Analytics
Critical thinking and analytical ability
Complex system testing capability
Financial services industry knowledge
Database query capability (SQL, Mongo)
Should be an Australian PR or Citizen
Proven experience working on large, complex, and multi-stream projects in an agile delivery environment
