Right now, we're on the lookout for two (2) experienced part-time recruiters.
At Parity, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your workload while receiving the support you need to excel. The best part? You'll inherit an existing desk and client portfolio and play a key role in growing permanent and contractor opportunities.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're seeking kind-hearted individuals who have a passion for helping people.
While recruitment experience is a must, functional expertise is not a requirement. We'll provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed. If you're driven to learn and grow, you're the kind of person we're looking for.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
Achieving personal billing targets
Account Manage a portfolio of clients
Explore and open up new business opportunities across various domains
Qualifications and Experience
We're looking for candidates with:
At least 2 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
A positive and 'go-getter' attitude
A track record of expanding accounts and winning new business
Personal alignment with our values: Accountability, Care, Investment, Knowledge, and Fun
The ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team
Financial acumen, a competitive spirit, and a healthy dose of EQ and IQ
