The organisation

Parity Consulting is one of Australia's market leading recruitment organisations specialising in the placement of Data, Product, Pricing, Marketing, Communications and Digital professionals across Financial Services, Software, Fintech & Digital sectors. Over the last 10 years, we have fostered an amazing culture with a bunch of high performing part time professionals who are supported to work hard, whilst managing other passions and commitments, all whilst having fun!

The Opportunity

We are actively seeking two experienced part-time recruiters. At Parity, you will have the opportunity to enjoy autonomy over your own work whilst being supported to do your best.

You will inherit the existing portfolio and be responsible for working with our extensive client base to increase both permanent and contractor opportunities.

A kind natured person who loves helping people! We love unique people who are driven to learn and develop. Recruitment experience is necessary for these roles; however no functional expertise is required as full training will be provided.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain personal billings targets
  • Account manage a portfolio of clients
  • Open up new business opportunities across different domain areas

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience (agency preferred)
  • Positive and 'go-getter' attitude
  • A proven track record of expanding accounts and winning your own business
  • Personal alignment to our values being accountable, caring, investing, knowledge and fun
  • Ability to work as part of a high performing, collaborative team
  • Financially minded, competitive, team player with a healthy dose of EQ and IQ
