An opportunity has arisen for a Communications Director to join this innovative organisation.

The Opportunity

In this key role, you will be responsible for development, execution and performance of the organisation's owned and earned brand experience activities working alongside the brand acquisition, creative, product and lifecycle growth squads to deliver a seamless brand experience for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the communications strategy for owned and earned media, building tools and reporting dashboard that allow measurement of impact and effectiveness of activity against key metrics

  • End to end responsibility of the development, execution and performance of the owned and earned brand experience activities including the brand awareness, PR, NPS, activations, content, thought leadership and social media strategy.

  • Own the external communications strategy and execution including media relations, crisis management, communications training, corporate publications and communications.

  • Acquire, retain and grow customers organically through new and creative mediums

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 7+ years' experience in a Head of or Senior level role with strong exposure across marketing, brand communication, PR, content, social media.

  • Experience running owned and earned media for both B2C and B2B brands to create strategies and deliver measurable uplift in acquisition.

  • Be proactive in terms of looking at goals, future thinking and planning and new ways of thinking to ensure innovation when it comes to owned and earned media
