Job Description

We are currently working with a leading financial services organisation that believes in putting it customers first. This business is passionate about working with their clients in a way that will offer them innovative ways to secure their financial future.

The Opportunity

This exciting new role is ideal for someone who is highly passionate about customer centricity, customer journey, insights, mapping, scoping, planning and executing end-to-end service design and innovation projects. You will be highly organised with exceptional stakeholder and project management skills to create a customer focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership and execution - the implementation of and the development of the customer vision to meet strategic goals

  • Optimising the customer journey to achieve business objectives

  • Developing the customer experience design functionality

  • Facilitate and run regular workshops utilising design thinking

  • Leveraging customer insights, you will have a structured approach to problem solving, to drive differentiated solutions and outcomes to meet enterprise needs

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills required to manage key stakeholders at all levels of the business to sell in insights and actions

  • Experience in customer value propositions, customer journey mapping, and driving the execution and implementation of customer initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience in customer design and execution, or customer/digital delivery

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and take a consultative approach with stakeholders across all levels

  • Ideally you will have financial services experience or an understanding of financial services products and be a true self-starter!
