The Company

This dynamic Australian based company who are a true market leader within their niche insurance sector are seeking an experienced Retention senior with campaigns experience for a newly created senior role within their Leadership team. They believe that their success is driven by the quality and experience of their staff coupled with their superior product offering. Their strategy is shaped by their customer centric approach, agility to market conditions and unique product offering.

The Opportunity

The primary goal of this commercially focussed role will be the continued development, execution and management of their retention strategies and outcomes to ensure that they remain the market leader with their product offering.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working with cross functional team members in the creation, execution and measurement of proactive retention campaigns.
  • Identifying trends and providing insights from data and reports generated by the Business Intelligence and Product & Pricing teams to assist in creating strategies which will drive positive commercial and customer outcomes
  • Market research and competitor analysis
  • Reporting and tracking of results and initiatives and modifying as required
  • Review of internal and external customer feedback, including complaints, to understand key customer pain points
  • Assisting with driving innovation

To be successful for the role you will ideally have:

  • 2 years + experience in a Customer Retentions or Loyalty role (Preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services industry)
  • Demonstrated ability to improve retention rates using both reactive and proactive methods
  • Experience using email platforms and campaign management tools
  • Experience using data to drive strategic decisions
  • High energy levels with a real passion to be part of a collaborative leadership team which strives to be the best in the industry
  • Very good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated and results driven
  • Excellent ability to come up with solutions to complex matters.
