- This dynamic Australian based company who are a true market leader within their niche insurance sector are seeking a commercially savvy individual for a newly created Head of Value-Added Services role within their Leadership team. The Opportunity
The primary goal of this commercially focussed role will be to take full responsibility for defining, executing and managing their Value-Added Services, ensuring that they are designed to complement their core insurance business.
Key Accountabilities:
Developing and implementing the product roadmap for service offerings that will deliver on the overall business strategy and vision
Liaising and negotiating with 3rd party suppliers to get their buy-in and managing the commercial negotiations
Creating marketing and sales strategies
P&L ownership to ensure commercial success
Assisting with driving innovation across the business
Identifying and evaluating market conditions including key competitor and consumer trends.
Working collaboratively with the pricing team to meet revenue and profitability goals.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Previous experience within a similar role (All industries will be considered)
Demonstrated aptitude to deliver new products that will compliment core insurance offering, whilst maximising commercial returns.
Experience in presenting business cases.
Digital capabilities
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
High energy levels with a real passion to be part of a collaborative leadership team which strives to be the best in the industry
Self-Motivated and results driven
