Our client is one of Australia's leading and largest asset finance brokers, offering business and personal finance for a range of different types of assets as well as a range of insurance products. Due to growth, they are looking to add to their marketing team. Role is permanent full time and based in Melbourne.

The Opportunity

Marketing Manager Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM and MarTech Marketing Manager to be responsible for the performance of the organisation's CRM strategy, implementation and performance, as well as relevant marketing technology management. You will own the roadmap for and manage the organisation's marketing automation platform - Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio.


Key accountabilities

  • You will be responsible for defining the strategy, leading the implementation, ongoing management and monitoring performance while increasing lead generation and engagement through nurture, retention and reactivation initiatives.

  • Configure, test and launch digital marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio.

  • Delivery of ongoing customer profiling and segmentation analysis to inform and optimise the lifecycle marketing program

  • Delivery of adhoc monthly and quarterly performance reporting, analysis and forecasts of all aspects of the CRM program

To be successful in this Marketing Manager role, you will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio essential

  • Experience working with and managing third party agencies and working collaboratively across different areas of the business

  • Experience delivering digital automation to increase productivity and efficiencies

  • Be a self-starter and proactive in terms of approach to work
