The opportunity There is currently an opportunity for an experienced consumer or business lending Product Manager to join a small team of high performers to help shape and drive the Product strategy for their Intuitional and SME customer base. You will work closely with the product lead and key stakeholders to manage a competitive product suite and help deliver a clear product strategy and roadmap. While this is not an official Senior title, this role will act as a Senior to other team members and there is a clear progression path to success.
Key Accountabilities
Scope, develop and lead the project which is responsible for reviewing the Business Lending product suite.
Leverage industry knowledge together with experience to facilitate the design, development and delivery of the product proposal
Develop and implement the pricing recommendations to maximise portfolio and margin growth
Liaise and present to senior management to enhance the consumer lending proposition
Drive initiatives to support new products
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure long term success of the business
Lead the implementation of key deliverables from contract negotiations whilst liaising with all key stakeholders
Manage competing priorities between the organisation and external partners
To be successful for the role you will have:
Accomplished Product Professional from Business or Consumer Leading
Can do attitude - self-starter who can proactively work in ambiguity
Proven ability in negotiating and presenting to senior and executive management
Up to date knowledge of industry developments and knowledge of competitor product offerings
Ability to Prioritise - this is a small team with moving priorities
