The Opportunity
The Senior Workforce Management Specialist is responsible for managing HR systems, reporting and analytics. The role provides the team with day-to-day support and guidance on general matters prior to escalation, manages vendor relationships to ensure effectiveness and cost efficiency and also supports and delivers HR projects as required.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure workforce data integrity and accuracy across HR systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated technical issues (Tier 2)
Educate end users to build capability and enhance their experience
Ensure HR systems and workflows are configured correctly and in compliance with company policies, government regulations and audit compliance
Develop and implement operational process improvements that maximise the use of existing systems in the most effective way and enhance the user experience
Document and map HR system processes and workflows
Provide subject matter expertise to assess system updates and oversee roll out
Contribute to technology solutions by providing input to business requirements gathering, process mapping and evaluation, systems testing and education and training of end users
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experienced in reporting, workforce analytics, data analytics.
5 years + experience in HR systems.
Advanced Excel skills mandatory.
Understanding of HR processes, standards, and procedures.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
