Job Description

Our client is a start-up neobank that has their customers' needs at the heart of everything they do. With their business constantly evolving, they are looking for a detail oriented UX Copywriter to join their high performing UX Team.

The role

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the company in a UX Copywriter role for a 12 month contract where your role will focus on copywriting within wireframes and being an integral part of the design team in looking at reviewing the build, being a part of the product lifecycle, designing the copy and managing your own approvals as well as checking in with the developers to ensure it has gone out as it should.

Key Accountabilities

  • Writing clear and concise text that aligns to the company's brand and tone of voice

  • Ensuring to take banking and legal terminology and language and translating it to easy to read pieces for their customers - while ensuring the add some personality and fun!

  • Assist in maintaining consistency and product narratives across multiple platforms, helping to shape the overall customer experience

  • Facilitate copy reviews and apply feedback from key stakeholders

  • Review the build of digital channels and raise tickets when copy is not implemented correctly and ensure follow up

To be successful you will have:

  • Previous experience working in a copywriting role in a UX or Product team, looking at the full end to end process, writing copies for digital channels, apps and software

  • Previous experience copywriting (final) in a wireframe

  • Experience reading through disclaimers and legal documentation and translating it for everyday people

  • Financial services experience preferred, with home loans copywriting experience highly regarded
