Job Description

Our client is one of Australia's leading Financial Services provider of Superannuation. With over 30 years in the market, their core focus is to both maximise their customers' benefits and act in their customers' best interests. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Website Administrator to join their Marketing & Communications team on a 12-month contract. The role will largely be performed remotely so it is open to candidates in Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra.

The Opportunity

This role operates within a team of graphic design, website publishing, and communications experts and is responsible for driving continual improvements to the corporate website.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to create/update content and undertake navigation mapping as part of a site redesign project. This is to transition the site into a customer journey-based information architecture.

  • Use Sitecore content management system to implement a launch plan for the site redesign project.

  • Analyse website analytics and customer feedback to identify communication and marketing initiatives and enhanced user experience opportunities as well as preparing reports on website traffic and experience analytics.

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of content management systems

  • Knowledge of Sitecore Content Management System

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong collaboration and organisation skills
