In fact, career changes are now seen as a sign of adaptability and resilience, two highly prized qualities in today's workforce. 1. Understand the reason behind your career change 

When you make a career change, the most important thing is figuring out what you want. What drives you? What motivates you? Could you see yourself doing this for the rest of your working life?
