Job Description
The Company
Our client is a distinctive and fast-growing player within the insurance sector, recognised for redefining what great looks like in a traditionally structured market. They have built a brand that customers genuinely connect with, underpinned by strong commercial performance, disciplined governance and a sharp focus on delivering meaningful customer outcomes.
Beyond their market reputation, they have cultivated a culture that is energetic, collaborative and refreshingly human. Flexible hybrid working is embedded, and the environment is inclusive, engaging and genuinely supportive, a place where people are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
The Opportunity
We are partnering with this high-performing organisation to appoint a Capabilities Manager (Product) on a 12-month contract (fixed-term basis).
This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of the product and customer strategy by strengthening the capabilities, processes and governance frameworks that enable effective product development and execution. You will work in close partnership with Product, Pricing & Partnerships, Operations, AI, Risk, Legal & Compliance and IT & Change to ensure ways of working are structured, scalable and aligned to regulatory expectations.
You will play a key role in translating strategic product direction into clear, repeatable and well-governed processes, safeguarding intellectual property, improving execution discipline and uplifting capability across the product lifecycle.
Experience within General Insurance and an understanding of regulated product environments will be highly regarded.
Key Accountabilities
Whether you are a sports fanatic, shark diver or part-time antique collector, we celebrate your uniqueness. Parity Consulting works with clients who embrace diverse and inclusive environments and empower their teams to bring their authentic whole self to work. We encourage people with different beliefs, abilities, backgrounds and life experiences to contact us. At Parity, we believe in people, not just data.
