The Company

My client delivers digital health solutions using digital innovation, commercial insights and vast amounts of data to ensure that mental health support and wellbeing is available to all who need it. They promote mental fitness by creating a foundation for a better mental system

The Opportunity

They are looking for a Head of Product with demonstrated experience of working with SaaS products in a start-up/scale up environment. This is an exciting and key leadership role which requires you to have the ability to thrive in ambiguity, create clarity, and creatively but safely push boundaries.

It is important that you have a really good understanding of Product Management and design in a software environment with the ability to move quickly and work in an Agile way.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the CDO to shape, refine and ruthlessly prioritise the product portfolio.
  • Proactively identify product gaps and market opportunities, and provide a mechanism for others across the organisation to do the same.
  • Help maintain the product vision and ensure that product roadmaps are current and well understood by everyone.
  • Create a world-class product management team.
  • Intimately understand the client's platform and its features, and be able to confidently explain and report on its usage and opportunities.
  • Ensure that the technology teams deeply understand the product intent and specifics so that they build the best possible technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the commercial and customer success teams to understand user feedback and funnel it back into the product roadmap.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • 10+ years of overall product management experience in multi-product software development or SaaS organisations
  • 3+ years of directly managing Product Managers
  • Tertiary qualifications and product management certifications
  • Experience working in Agile teams and environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at the senior and executive levels
  • Working knowledge and experience in UI / UX design
