We are currently working with a leading Australian Fund Manager that provides a full spectrum of investment capability based in Melbourne.

The Opportunity

There is currently an opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Executive to work on a three-month contract.

The role will be responsible for supporting the distribution of all content created by the Marketing Team, including digital content distribution and event support. You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of high impact campaigns and programmes to promote the funds and strategies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide support to the Marketing Team
  • Managing invitations, materials, participant lists, budget and CPD accreditation for investment briefings
  • Coordinate aspects of client and sponsorship events
  • Analyse data and produce analytics reports
  • Monitor channels/manage websites/update content
  • Support the delivery of high impact marketing campaigns and programmes, including online promotion
  • Manage communications, leveraging timely, accurate, creative content
  • Support the organisations internal communications initiatives

To be successful in this role you will possess;

  • More than 5 years' relevant digital marketing experience, with an understanding of the asset management industry, or related marketing experience in financial services
  • A strong communicator, with previous experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Degree qualified in Marketing or other relevant field
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
