The Company

Our client is a diversified financial services company, serving clients across four different business divisions. This contract role is an opportunity to join this reputable and award winning organisation on a 6 month contract to assist in developing and driving innovative marketing programs.

The Opportunity

Join this organisation on a 6-month contract to work alongside the Senior Manager in this space to develop acquisition, nurture, cross sell and retention marketing activities for the client segments, including the promotion of financial advice, Investment Management, Philanthropy and Trustee Services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop clear, results orientated segment marketing strategies with buy-in from all key stakeholders
  • End to end campaign management from ideation through to execution and reporting, as well as undertaking post campaign analysis and measurement to drive marketing excellence and seek continuous improvement for the organisations marketing initiatives
  • Grow qualified leads, opportunities, clients, FUM and revenue originating from All Marketing Channels
  • Deliver innovative marketing programs, and work closely with other teams, to increase sales conversion rates
  • Develop and drive comprehensive strategies to attract, nurture, acquire and retain clients

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Financial services background or NFP background required
  • Proven project management experience working on pieces of work end to end
  • Broad set of marketing skills with experience in a wide range of disciples, including digital marketing, PR, social media, events, brand management, content development, referral partnerships
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
