Looking to utilise your strong B2B Marketing expertise in a varied role that will help shape a growing part of the business?

Our client is a one of Australia's fastest growing superannuation funds. They believe that their success is driven by the quality and experience of talented people working together to deliver optimum client investment outcomes to the Australian market.

The Opportunity

Within this newly created role, you will be responsible for delivering the marketing expertise that supports advisers, employers and investors. The role offers the opportunity to make a real and direct impact to the business by increasing brand awareness and lead generation across the channels.

Key accountabilities

  • Drive growth through the development of B2B marketing plans that support all investment products including superannuation, managed funds and SMA.
  • Deepen the relationship with customers by knowing them better. This involves analysis of the data base, behaviour modelling and campaign results. The end result being deeper product penetration.
  • Deliver consistency in messaging and branding through stands, collateral, content and conference advertising.
  • Manage conferences and events.
  • Deliver initiatives including projects and marketing campaigns through collaboration with key stakeholders (in particular, the Sales team).
  • Proven track record managing marketing/sales pipeline generation, including campaign management from concept to ROI analysis.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years B2B marketing experience from leading investment manager business dealing with the adviser channel and understanding of the technical aspects of investments, superannuation, and insurance.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to transform complex information into engaging content.
  • High level of business acumen, and the proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools (CRMs), Content Management Systems (CMS), and email platform tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot.
  • A can-do and curious attitude with a hands-on approach.
  • Degree qualified in communications, marketing or PR.
