The role

Working directly with the marketing and CRM teams, you will be responsible for driving the development of marketing optimisation practices in the APAC region, with a focus on the AU market, with the end goal of enhancing the effectiveness of the organisation's marketing strategies and campaigns. This role will also play an advisory role within APAC and be instrumental in the leads management process for the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Advise on best practice campaign structures, reporting and insights and support the APAC team in implementing Pardot automated journeys in their respective markets
  • Interpret and implement digital best practices for email, personalisation, segmentation, and data-capture from forms and landing pages
  • Driving of awareness and lead generation activities that convert to revenue for the business - assessing and scoring leads and advising on the optimal leads management approach to most effectively and efficiently move leads through the sales funnel
  • Analyse, track and report on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel
  • Provide internal consultation on Salesforce/Pardot capabilities and marketing automation strategies

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Experience working with sales, CRM and marketing tools with a strong understanding of marketing functions in both B2B and B2C channels
  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot or similar digital marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of analytics and an ability to work with and interpret data
  • Experience preparing business cases with ability to articulate financial and business benefits
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
