The Company - Our client is a well-respected and known organisation in the Australian financial services industry - they are a leading provider of transactional banking, capital management and payment solutions, with proven results to more than 150 specialist financial services organisations. Due to growth and innovation, they are keen to hire a motivated and driven Product Manager with Payments experience to join their high achieving team in a permanent role.
The Opportunity
The Product Manager will be supervising and driving the development and delivery of strategic plans for the Payment systems portfolio. Working with key stakeholders, this role is ideal for a passionate Product professional who would like to take innovative, market leading products and continually improve upon them to deliver great customer solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
Actively keep abreast of market and across industry trends identifying potential innovations.
Engage the team to design the product vision and a strategy that delivers the vision.
Translate customer requirements into product features and functionality.
Manage the integration of new product development into business processes, including contracts, billing, operations and service management.
Must possess sound commercial and budget skills to support value-added services to our clients, employees and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role:
Product Manager delivery experience essential
In depth experience in Direct Entry (DE), Bulk Electronic Clearing system (BECS).
Experience with either AusPayNet, BPay, APN or APCA will be ideal.
Competent with agile methodology and scrum technique
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
