The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications Manager to join a dynamic organisation and team, where they will be responsible for planning and executing external media communications. This role plays a pivotal role in improving and promoting the company's reputation externally through effective strategic communications. This position will be an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities
Developing the external media strategy and implementing the day-to-day media management.
Managing stakeholder relationships with mainstream and trade media contacts.
Writing and preparing external communications for corporate affairs and media.
Developing and executing award strategy and submissions.
To be successful in this role you will have
Strong external media communications experience and relationships with trade media contacts.
Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills.
Previous experience and understanding of the financial services industry, preferably insurance.
