The Role:
Like with any new role, the first 6 months of this role will likely be the hardest. We have a robust, high paced training programme which is comprehensive and thorough. While this time will be challenging, we have an incredibly supportive team who will help mentor and guide you.

From a base level, the role will entail working closely with 2-3 Senior Recruiters to identify high performing talent for our clients. This will include a combination of search tools such as LinkedIn and Seek, our Proprietary Database (which is comprehensive) and Referrals.

Where the role is different to other trainee recruitment roles is that this also entails contributing to our philanthropic and social purpose arm which is called Parity Plus. This is a long-term project which supports our communities from Product, Pricing, Marketing and Digital disciplines.

Is This You?
WE DO NOT NEED EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT - In fact, we prefer you do not have it because we may have to unteach you bad habits!!

What we would like is;

  • Thirst for learning
  • Experience in customer service/sales environment (retail/hospitality is also fine)
  • High energy and rapport building skills.
  • Proactive and positive 'can do' attitude.
