Edwina is a Senior Consultant at Parity, amateur writer, sushi/sake/ramen lover, mum to baby Victor (and fur baby Evie – their pugalier) and resident Uno champion! Whilst her hobbies outside of work are ever-changing, she loves nothing more than a weekend spent exploring her neighbourhood with family, or catching up with friends over any social games that don’t require too much athletic ability such as cards, darts, lawn bowls and kubb!
With experience recruiting across the financial services markets in Tokyo, Edwina currently recruits for the marketing, communications and digital space across banking, insurance and payment businesses. She is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships, and finds it extremely fulfilling finding a candidate that will be the perfect fit for a team.
Naturally a people person, Edwina is very empathetic and instinctive in her approach - putting herself in the shoes of both her clients and candidates.
