Tansin Naylor is Parity Consulting’s Team Experience Manager, focused on creating meaningful, thoughtful experiences that strengthen connection, culture, and wellbeing across the business.
With a genuine passion for bringing people together, Tansin designs and coordinates quarterly team experiences, supports annual offsites, and helps shape onboarding moments that reflect Parity’s values from day one. Her work ensures the team feels connected, energised, and supported, whether through shared experiences, celebrations, or the everyday details that make a workplace feel considered and human.
Tansin also plays a key role in maintaining an exceptional office environment, from managing nourishing food and supplies to ensuring the space supports both focused work and collaboration. Known for her organisation, attention to detail, and calm, people-first approach, she delivers experiences that align with Parity’s culture and values.
Outside of work, Tansin is a self-confessed Where’s Wally chaser and adventure collector, always on the lookout for her next experience — a mindset she brings into creating moments that the team at Parity genuinely remember.
