We purposely hire talent who are motivated to learn from some of Australia's leading recruiters and truly understand the craft of growing people's careers. You'll receive intensive training for the first 3 months, with a clear pathway mapped out over the next 12-18 months.

The role will involve:

  • Working alongside one of Parity's Division Directors to identify new client opportunities where we can place incredibly high-performing and adaptable talent;
  • Consulting with new and existing clients to understand recruitment requirements, and contributing to effective recruitment solutions under guidance;
  • Providing opportunistic support to the wider team in client development;
  • Managing our valued candidate database, supporting both existing and new talent in their job search, including by screening, interviewing and shortlisting applications in line with client requirements; preparing candidate profiles, coordinating interviews, and providing interview preparation and feedback.
  • Collaborating with the team to support broader business strategy goals, support business development and team initiatives, contributing to client relationship activities, and assisting with marketing campaigns, candidate/client engagement events and process improvement projects.

Ideal Experience:

  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, sales, account management or another client-facing, KPI-driven role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, HR, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

The training period is, without a doubt, the toughest. It demands resilience, hard work, and constant adaptability - but it comes with many rewards. Outside of unlimited annual leave, a $2,000 per person annual training budget, and a base salary between $77k-$80k, there's also commissions and bonuses for successful placements, as well as regular events and both internal and external awards.

Recruitment is simple in some ways - but only the most adaptable and driven professionals truly make it big - and "big" means significant financial freedom and, with it, the ability to make a real impact.
