Be truthful at interview stages:
When hiring, truthfully aligning the opportunity and the candidate’s expectations is essential. What does the role look like, what is the day to day like? When done well it will really aid in the future of your EVP. But when the opportunity is not portrayed genuinely it can have the opposite effect.
