The Opportunity
The Digital Marketing Performance Manager is responsible for the supporting of marketing activity across paid digital channels that drive awareness, engagement and acquisition in support of our wealth, bank and advice platform business lines.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Work across all digital channels including SEM, Social, Native, Display and others (with strong understanding of the workings and tools around FB and LI)
- Support of the end-to-end digital marketing process for the digital portion of campaigns from strategy to execution
- Analyse data for insights to inform optimisations and surface opportunities for current and future activity and deliver reports on activity with key insights and future optimisations
- Define and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and build audience pools
- Identify and implement best in class strategies to drive new lead generation and nurture existing prospects through the funnel, achieving business targets and growth in key portfolios
- Explore and test new channels where appropriate to drive commercial outcomes
To be successful in this role you will possess
- Minimum 4 years proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to, SEM, Social, Display, and Native
- Solid understanding and background in digital and search with a focus on the full user journey
- Demonstrated ability managing martech and social platforms including FB, LI, SA360, SEMRush, and Google Data Studio
- Proven success driving commercial results in SEM/PPC achieving CPL and CPA targets
- Strong stakeholder management and previous experience managing agencies
