Drive enhancements and optimisation across everyday banking products
Lead initiatives that simplify customer experiences and increase product value
Boost engagement through digital features and key product touchpoints
Track and analyse core commercial, customer, and risk metrics
Generate insights on product usage, customer behaviour, and market trends
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver seamless and consistent outcomes
Ideal Experience
Product management experience in financial services or related fields
Experience with everyday banking, deposit, or payment products
Experience with banking product pricing and performance analysis
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and communicate insights
Effective collaborator with excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
Experience in digital or fast-paced environments is a plus
