The Opportunity
A confidential opportunity exists for an Assistant Product Manager to support the uplift of a broad range of everyday banking products. Key Responsibilities
Support enhancements and optimisation across everyday banking products
Assist in simplifying customer experiences and strengthening product value
Contribute to digital engagement initiatives and improvements across key touchpoints
Monitor core commercial, customer, and risk metrics, providing clear reporting
Analyse customer behaviour, product performance, and market trends to generate insights
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consistent and aligned outcomes
Ideal Experience
Experience in a Product Analyst role or similar, ideally within financial services
Exposure to everyday banking, deposit, or payment products
Understanding of product pricing, performance drivers, or financial analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
Experience working in digital or fast-paced environments is advantageous
