The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an immediately available, Sydney-based Product & Pricing Analyst to join a high-performing home lending team. Sitting at the centre of mortgage product strategy, this role supports pricing, portfolio performance and continuous product evolution to ensure the lending offering remains competitive, sustainable and aligned to broader business objectives.
Working closely with senior product leaders and a wide network of internal stakeholders, you will play a meaningful role in shaping lending outcomes that support growth ambitions while delivering value to customers and distribution partners.
The Role
You will support the execution of the home lending product strategy, with a focus on pricing analysis, portfolio monitoring and operational delivery. Combining data, market insights and stakeholder input, you'll help inform product and pricing decisions across the mortgage portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the home lending product and pricing strategy
Assist with managing the mortgage product portfolio, including features and pricing
Monitor portfolio performance and competitor activity, contributing to repricing recommendations
Prepare insights and materials for product and pricing governance forums
Collaborate with treasury, finance, operations, customer experience and marketing teams on lending initiatives
Support pricing escalations, enquiries and product-related customer issues
What You'll Bring
Experience within banking or financial services, ideally across lending, pricing or product Experience in business report writing
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and VBA capability; additional data tools highly regarded (Power BI, SQL and Python skills preferred)
Ability to clearly communicate insights to a range of stakeholders
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative mindset, attention to detail and sound risk awareness
