The Company - This dynamic Australian based company who are a true market leader within their niche insurance sector are looking to add to their Product team. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Product, the primary goal of this commercially focussed role will be to support the wider Product team in the implementation of product initiatives, product strategy and ongoing development to ensure they remain a market leader.
Key Accountabilities:
Assisting the wider product team with innovative new product design and enhancements
Working collaboratively with the key distribution channels and answering any product related queries
Working on multiple projects across product change and initiatives, regulatory change, remediation and marketing communications
Market research and competitor analysis
Working closely with the internal legal and compliance team to oversee product disclosure and compliance
Investigating and resolving any issues as they arise
To be successful for the role you will ideally have:
2 years + experience in a Product Support role within the Insurance industry (General Insurance, Health or Life Insurance) AND/OR have come from an Underwriting/Customer Experience background.
High energy levels with a real passion to be part of a collaborative product team which strives to be the best in the industry
Excellent attention to detail with very strong administrative skills
Very good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Self-Motivated and results driven
Excellent ability to come up with solutions to complex matters.
