Our client is a well-respected and known organisation in the Australian financial services industry - they are a leading provider of transactional banking, capital management and payment solutions, with proven results to more than 150 specialist financial services organisations. Due to growth and innovation, they are keen to hire a motivated and driven Associate Product Manager to join their high achieving team in a permanent role.
The Opportunity
An Associate Product manager role that will be assisting with the development and delivery of strategic plans for the Payments and Core Banking systems portfolios. Working with the teams' Product Managers and other key stakeholders within the business, this role is ideal for a someone looking to start their career in Product Management and/ or move into the Payments industry.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with development of value proposition, and support the Product vision and roadmap
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer discovery
- Assist with the development of pricing models, new feature recommendations and customer requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in operations/ delivery or analysis withing Banking, Payments or Fintech
- Payment's experience would be desirable but not a requirement
- A strong desire to work in the payments industry!
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
