The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a B2C Direct Marketing Manager to join a high achieving team to assist the business with email marketing and campaign activities as well as paid search, customer journey and lead nurture experience.
Key Accountabilities
Work alongside the Senior Manager to drive ANZ B2C channel marketing activity including development, implementation of the marketing plans, campaign delivery and direct marketing initiatives
Management of an intensive paid media schedule, and proactive coordination of lead generation and nurture programs
Measure and optimise all paid marketing using agency dashboard and marketing analytics / Google Analytics
Develop campaign landing pages and lead generation tools that optimise the customer journey
Create, test and evaluate marketing eDMs in line with overall content strategy and social calendar
Coordinate marketing activity with all white label partnerships and Direct Sales initiatives
To be successful in this role you will have
Strong B2C Direct Marketing experience working within financial services
Previous experience in roles increasing conversion and driving leads is essential
Experience managing a paid media schedule (client or agency side) with an in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including search, video, programmatic display, social and eDM
Strong stakeholder management experience
