The Opportunity
Reporting into the Manager of Content and Brand, this role plays a key part in bringing forward a new customer proposition and building out the narrative for this, and taking this new positioning to market. You understand the value and power a strong brand story provides, and you will be passionate about delivering that for the business. This role can be Sydney or Melbourne based.
Key Accountabilities
Identify key positive attributes inherent in our brand and bring them to life, ensuring our important stories are told and enhance our overall brand value and perception with Partners, Customers and Employees
An ability to produce innovative, creative and positive messaging, in particular around the repositioning and improvement of the health and wellbeing services for the business
Oversee the compliance and brand integrity of external communications as part of the Communications Governance process.
Work with internal teams to analyse customer, business and market trends to develop customised case studies
Monitor brand tracking and share and educate internal teams and stakeholders within the business
To be successful in this role you will have
Proven ability to identify specific opportunities to enhance the brand and drive positive brand outcomes with experience in driving positive brand outcomes from different engagement channels
Ability to work with senior stakeholders, ensuring there is always alignment in terms of brand
Attention to detail is a must, with an ability to write copy, proofread and edit would be highly desirable.
Strong understanding of brand governance and compliance, and working within guidelines
