Our client is an award-winning platform provider with a track record of delivering leading solutions in the financial services industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications Manager to join their team on a 6-month FTC.
The Opportunity
Reporting to a Senior Communications Manager, this role is responsible for the co-ordination and executing of range of communications including change management, internal and external communications across the business to support a large migration project.
Key Responsibilities
Draft communications and develop and execute strategic key messaging for key projects
Manage a communications calendar and build communications into Pardot
Understand customer impacts of project milestones and create communications ongoing from this
Ensure tone of voice and brand attributes are consistent across communications for the organisation
Work closely with Product to review and adapt product communications to correct tone of voice
Build impact assessment for key stakeholders
To be successful you will have
5-8 years' experience in communications - internal, external and change, preferably within B2B wealth management.
Experience with Marketing Automation systems namely Pardot
Experience managing change & communications on complex, fast-paced projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Resilient with strong stakeholder management and ability to influence others
