Our client is a consumer led, product focused company with a brand name that people love and trust. They are an Australian brand who is reinventing the mortgages industry. They are looking for an experienced CRM and Content Specialist to join their passionate high performing Marketing Team.
The Opportunity
This permanent full-time role provides an exciting opportunity to use your experience with CRM and retention campaign experience to drive customer growth. You will draw on relevant consumer insights and analytics to implement targeted and compelling customer engagement programs, increase customer value and drive personalised engagement with a focus on BTL including eDM, SMS, ensuring a coordinated and insight-led approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Building web and email content that engages existing and nurtures new customers
Contribute to testing and proof-reading email and website content
Help develop new CRM creative concepts and initiatives that focus on retention
To be successful in this role you will have:
Technical experience using a leading marketing platform such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud.
Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at the one time
Exceptional copy writing and content development
