We are currently working with a leading financial services organisation that believes in putting it customers first. This business is passionate about working with their clients in a way that will offer them innovative ways to secure their financial future.

The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting permanent full-time role has become available for a talented content and social media marketing specialist who has a passion for all things digital. In this role you will own the content creation function, come up with innovative ideas on how to assist consumers with finance related content, manage and optimise the Australian and New Zealand website to ensure best practice for content and SEO. You will be highly organised with excellent stakeholder and project management skills to develop and manage the content and publishing calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content and social media marketing strategy and execution
  • Strong content copy writing experience - scheduling the calendar of editorial content - helping customer with tips on saving etc - articles on consumer finance
  • Ideation through to implementation of the content calendar
  • Community management - organise and review enquiries through social media channels
  • Optimising the customer journey to achieve customer and broker channel growth
  • Support the delivery of strategic brand and marketing campaigns, new product launches and product & pricing promotions

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Prior experience with editorial calendars and B2B and B2C experience
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g. Wordpress, Hubspot, Episerver), campaign optimisation and social media key words
  • Website optimisation experience
  • An intermediate knowledge of google analytics
  • Experience in implementing and executing regular tracking and reporting to measure electronic communication performance (e.g. social)
  • Ideally you will have financial services experience or an understanding of financial services products and be a true self-starter!
